A guide to peptide care

Bring your questions into the room.

You do not need the right medical words to begin. A clear goal and a short list of questions are enough to start the conversation.

Take this into the first conversation

Use the boxes as reminders. Leave them open when you still need an answer.

  • What would you like to be able to do, feel or understand?

  • Written names can be easier to show than to recall aloud.

  • Leave room to explain what mattered to you.

  • Ask what other options can be discussed.

  • Include follow-up, the full bill and how to stop an ongoing service.

If the visit needs more information

Medical board guidance says the person treating you can set up needed tests, perform them, or send you to someone who can.

It also calls for in-person follow-up when an examination or other procedure is needed.

Ask what information the test is meant to add. Then ask who will explain the result to you.

Blank sheets of paper and a pencil laid out on a table in soft window light.
A written question can help you bring the conversation back to what matters.
